It’s not quite Friday, but after my Shaolin workout, I went for a little reward. At first, I was thinking about picking up something decadent, like Ben & Jerry’s Creme Brulee ice cream. I ended up buying a pint of golden raspberries and a bottle of Nigori sake. And that was just what I needed tonight.
